- Wash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth before first use and after every use. Alternatively place in dishwasher to clean
- Silicone ring can stay in place when cleaning but can also be removed if needed
- Keep clean and dry after each use
- Avoid abrasive scrubbing and harsh chemicals
- Smoothie cup is dishwasher, freezer and oven safe
- Do not microwave stainless steel cup

This is the best smoothie cup on the market by FAR! I have searched high and low for years for an insulated, fully SS, dishwasher safe smoothie cup! The handles are another amazing feature. I can carry 3 smoothies to the car with 1 hand (without a juggle) which means I’m winning at mum life! Do reccomend these to everyone! Love the product, love the store and love that’s it’s supporting a mum and her family!
Makes brekkie especially daycare mornings so much easier! It’s no spill so we can take it in the car if we need to as well. My son says it’s his ‘coffee’ ☺️

This smoothie cup is such a great low tox alternative, the bonus is it perfectly fits my smoothie recipe in it!
I hemmed and hawed whether to get a handle or not, but I'm so glad I did. It will be great for my daughter to use when she is a bit older or for those cold mornings to keep my hand warm.
Decent but the stainless steel is thin, especially the lid. Rubber ring inside lid also won’t stay secure and falls out all the time. Still better than plastic alternatives and better at keeping drinks cold!
