For all of our tableware (except our cutlery) we use stainless steel grade 304 (18/8) which is the most common food grade steel. It is resistant to corrosion, stains and tarnishing and has high strength and durability.
Our cutlery is made from a higher grade stainless steel 316 (18/10). It has added strength, increased resistance to chloride (salt) and has a more shiny surface.
FDA and LFGB grade silicone are both food safe and safe for human use. LFGB has to meet strict guidelines and is more expensive. LFGB is required for some European countries and is important if you are buying full silicone tableware that food will be in contact with.
The minimum standard for Australia is FDA. The silicone used in our designs does not come into contact with food. Its main purpose is insulation, colour and grip. Therefore to keep with our value of affordability and considering it’s purpose, FDA is all that is required.
Our silicone food covers and 2pc lunchbox container lids are LFGB grade as they may come into contact with some food.
No. Currently we only ship our products to Australia and New Zealand. Hopefully we can expand to other countries in the future.
Shipping cost is AU$15 flat rate Australia wide and NZ$23 flat rate New Zealand wide.
We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over AU$150 and free shipping in New Zealand for orders over NZ$200.
We also offer AU$22 express shipping Australia wide. Express shipping is not available to New Zealand.
We ship with Australia Post. They are a fast and very reliable service. They also deliver to ALL areas of Australia and New Zealand.
Stainless steel is quite heavy and our section plates are quite big so this pushes postage up.
To save on shipping, why not get a friend or two and do an order together! That way you can both save on shipping cost and have less environmental impact – win win.

Our products are made in China. We work with the most efficient, loyal and trust worthy suppliers who operate with complete compliance with all laws and regulations. We have a great, reliable relationship with our suppliers.
Our main supplier has a signed code of conduct in place. This ensures that there is no child labour, no involuntary labour, no corporal punishment and no discrimination against workers. There is provision of a clean, safe and healthy workplace and environmental protection must follow applicable laws and regulations. Wages, benefits and working hours are established by applicable laws and regulations and workers have freedom of association.
With our smaller/newer suppliers, once we are happy with their quality/service once and decide to order again and pursue a long term relationship, we will also implement the same code of conduct.
