Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange for the value of the original item (excluding postage).
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email info@mindfulmealtime.com.au with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos. Please also let us know whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
What we accept
We accept returns if:
- the product is defective,
- damaged on arrival, or
- you received the incorrect item.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non‑returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- change of mind,
- colour variations (screens may display colours differently),
- minor stainless‑steel marks or blemishes from manufacturing,
- sale items,
- seconds, or
- gift cards.
We carefully check all products before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
