Shipping policy

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping is $15AUD flat rate Australia Wide and $20AUD flat rate New Zealand wide. Express shipping is available in Australia only and is $22AUD flat rate.

We offer free shipping on all orders in Australia $150+ and New Zealand $200+

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse on Central Coast, NSW via Australia Post.

Orders will be posted out on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.

You will receive an email with order confirmation and shipping information including tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website. 

You can expect your delivery to arrive within 2-6 business days (excluding public holidays) from day of dispatch. These times are estimates only and we do our best to meet these timelines. We do not accept responsibility if delivery falls outside of these estimates.

During busy promotional or sale periods and annual holidays (i.e. Christmas) order dispatches may be delayed due to additional volumes of orders.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you require your order urgently, please select 'express shipping' at checkout (Australia only). Please note that when selecting express shipping items will be dispatched on Tuesday or Friday.

You can expect your delivery to arrive within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays) from day of dispatch for metro areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas.
